Changes to normal practice during COVID-19 Pandemic
22 September 2020 Update The Government has recently committed to extending their support of Telehealth appointments till March 2021. This means we can continue to offer the facility and is preferred in most situations. If this is not appropriate for you, we do have the option for Face to Face sessions with changes to the way our practice would normally operate.
If you are attending the office, please only do so if you have not been to any of the risk areas announced or if you are unwell with even the mildest flu-like symptoms. It is expected that you will be self-isolating if any risk of exposure. We are encouraging the use of face-masks but it is not compulsory at this point in time.
When you do attend, please be considerate of the 1 person limit in the waiting room, and arrive close to your appointment time. Please ask your support people to wait outside or in their cars. The exception is of course for parents with children. Please continue to wait in the waiting room with your child, Hand sanitisation stations are available and normal hand hygiene expected.
We will continue to monitor and adapt during the constantly evolving situation and thank all of our clients for their support through all the changes.
