Responsibilities:
Conducting comprehensive psychological assessments and developing treatment plans
Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions for clients across the lifespan
Maintaining accurate and confidential client records
Collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure integrated care
Participating in clinical supervision and professional development activities
Adhering to ethical guidelines and professional standards
Qualifications and Requirements:
Full registration or provisional registration with the Psychology Board of Australia (AHPRA)
Strong theoretical knowledge and practical experience in various therapeutic modalities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport and establish therapeutic relationships with clients
Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development
Reliable, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach to client care
Experience working with diverse populations is highly desirable
