Do I need a referral from my GP?
Psychological therapy:
No referral is needed, however your GP may develop a "Mental Health Care Plan" which will allow a partial rebate of the cost of therapy sessions.

What are the Fees?
Note: As at 1 July 2025 - fees are increased annually
Rebates from Medicare or private health insurers may be available, depending on your referral source and the psychologist you’re booked with.
If you have a third-party insurance claim (e.g., SIRA, CTP, iCare, LTC&S, DDC), we can bill directly to the third party once approval is received.
For NDIS participants with funding allocated for Capacity Building - Therapeutic Supports, we can access your funding once approval is given and the Service Agreement is completed. As registered NDIS Providers, we will either claim direct from the NDIS Portal, invoice your Fund Manager if you are Plan Managed or for Self Managed participants, you will pay for the service on the day and lodge your claim from your NDIS Portal.
* Assessments for specific conditions (e.g., Autism, ADHD, Major Depressive Disorder) or for specialised purposes (e.g., surgical preparation, firearms renewal or employment consideration in the armed services) typically require 2–5 hours of direct assessment, along with up to 4-5 hours for report preparation and information gathering.
Given the varying costs of individual assessments, a personalised quote will be provided and discussed with you during your Pre-Assessment Interview.
