Telehealth We welcome the Federal Government's extension of Telehealth psychology sessions under Medicare until 30 June 2021 and will continue to utilise where appropriate.
Face - to- Face services continue, providing : - you do not have any flu- like symptoms - or are required to be self isolating
When attending the office, we ask you to continue to: - ensure you have a booked appointment, as we do not have capacity for “drop-ins” or visitors - arrive as close to your appointment time as possible to minimise time in the waiting room - utilise the hand sanitisation stations provided - be mindful of the 2 square metre ruling, which allows for approximately 5-6 people in our waiting room
New clients: Jon is currently treating at capacity and will endeavour to complete Psychological Assessments where possible.
He operates a waiting list, but the wait time is unknown as relies on the completion of therapy for current clients.
It is recommended once you are on the waitlist to also contact other Psychologists in the area to see who you may be able to see sooner.
In an emergency please contact the Mental Health Service 1800 011 511 or 000.
